I’m Elena Krasnoperova.
In 2024, I wrapped up a 25+ year career in Tech which culminated in leading a 1,500+ team of data scientists as a VP of Analytics at Meta.
Prior to Meta, I founded 2 tech startups in the Family Tech space. I worked at BCG, eBay, PayPal, Zong (acquired) and oDesk (IPO). I hold a Ph.D. in Psychology from Stanford.
I’m now living my best life and a portfolio career. I advise and invest in early-stage purpose-driven tech startups, teach Zumba at the Y, organize women’s events, and mentor women.
